I found Lisa after I had injured myself at a group reformer “Pilates” class in SF where the instructor barely paid any attention to my technique and form. Lisa is exceptionally detail oriented and makes sure you do every move in proper form, engaging the right muscles. Since seeing Lisa routinely, I’ve become much stronger and various pains I previously had around my body have gone away.Lisa is also a lifelong learner and is always further educating herself on the human body so that she can better support her clients, and I’ve seen this firsthand through attending several workshops with her around the city.
