The whole coaching staff is great and if I can't do one of the movements (yet!) they modify for me and never make me feel less for doing the movement differently. The other gym goers are just as friendly and encouraging as the coaches and the camaraderie is genuine . No matter what your age or fitness level - this is the place to be! Finally a place in the Monroe area that is really worth it! Definite 5/5 stars!!!

The quality of instruction while focusing on technique and safety allows for growth in your fitness journey. The positive energy and welcoming encouragement from others is unlike anything I've seen at a gym before. My perspective on fitness and CrossFit has become healthier, my mindset is stronger and strength has increased. I am forever grateful for this gym but also the people there. It truly feels like family. The coaches all have strong experience (and even degrees) in this field. They coach to improve and you can feel the difference in care. My body, mind and even relationship with food/nutrition has become so much more positive.
