Maqks gave options and detailed instructions and walked around offering corrections and encouragement. The music was awesome and it was fun, doable and can’t wait to come back !!!

July 09 · Gyancarlos PintoLiftonic is one of the best workouts in NYC! This is their new location in the east village, and they have one other location in the west village. It’s low impact dumbbell strength training to the beat of really cool music. I’ve been going to their workout for years, I’m so glad they have another location! Each day is a different muscle group lifting focus. I’ve seen INSANE progress since building this into my routine. You can get a class through their website, and they’re also on classpass, gympass, and have a Soho House partnership for any members there!
