Having tried all sorts of workouts (at home and in person), I can say that the programs and workouts Lifted provides is by far the best balanced and most motivational I have come across. The trainers and fellow members are overly welcoming and inclusive and I am hooked! I’ve noticed such a difference in my mindset, strength and balance in the gym and most importantly in everyday life. After one class you’ll be hooked!

They are very accommodating and can provide modifications for any injuries. When I moved out of Southie and stopped attending the Boston location, I hopped around to different gyms but never found another gym where I felt so comfortable. The combination of strength and conditioning classes is a perfect mix.
