Seeing as we don’t have a consistent day to go we’ve rotated through a handful. They all have their own unique style and vibe which I love.Great atmosphere and workout if you’re looking to try something new! 💪🏼🔥 i usually do the 60 minute class and its a great combination of cardio, boxing, kettlebells and core. All the instructors are very good in communicating, teaching (both technique and power skills) and importantly, it is fun to do workout with them. I was searching for somewhere that offered kickboxing/boxing, and I'm really glad I happened across Level Red Boxing.I've been to four classes so far, and I always get an intense and varied workout. All the instructors I've had are wonderful, friendly and motivating (shout-out to Justin, Susie, and Chris!), and very importantly, manage to make class fly right by. It's also really fun and encouraging to see just how much work you get done with each workout using the app and heart rate monitors. There are people of all different fitness levels, and if you're new to boxing, everyone is really nice and helpful about getting you settled in. So come on by and give it a try!
