After my first session here I purchased the 10 sessions package. As an athelete, I did not really know what I needed to perform better and get ready and more confident in my body for competition. I knew my hips were an issue but I had no idea how to get more flexible. Everyone is so welcoming and respectful. From the first session, Sunnie found the areas I needed work on. I stretched and strengthened muscles and ligaments I did not even know I had. She is always mindful of my little pain areas after intense training and she also address them properly and it makes me feel better.She is very detailed in her intructions and provide support for every single exercises. They are quite challenging but I always feel so light and rejuvenated after our session. I also grew an inch taller because of how well my spine has decompressed. My movement during training are more and more efficient and I am able to have greater body awareness. My home stretching is giving more results because my posture during exercise allows me now to go deeper into stretches without injury. I am very satisfied with the results so far. And also as a woman, I do feel a very deep release in my hip which is opening my femininity quite a bit. This is my 5th session and the benefits are endless to me.I'd say go in with an open mind and trust that you will be taken care of. Be open to learn and immerse yourself mind and body in the exercise as directed. You will reap amazing benefits.Thank you Let's pilates. I look forward to the continued journey.
