I am a gym owner myself, and when I visit a gym I like to withhold this information so that I can gather info about intake process and how new clients are handled without being treated differently.The staff at Left Side was very welcoming and introduced us to the class, asked about injuries/ experience, and conducted a great first experience. The space was pristine and class was friendly, to the point where it almost didn't feel like my first visit. I will be back when visiting Seattle and I highly recommend this gym to anyone who may be shopping and is a bit nervous to get started.
