April 23 · Dalton SchoellGood workouts but the owner will put you on an automatic pay plan and will not answer you or return your call when you need to cancel for a month due to injury. It took two months for the billing to end after a call with a staff member who actually would answer their phone. Was only given half of a refund. Advertises a military discount but does not provide it. This gym was better when Kevin was around. You're better off going to Adirondack CrossFit down the road.

Would definitely recommend coming here if you're in the area!Likes:-Special section on website for dropping in made it easy to understand policy, rates and how to sign up.-Trainer knew there was a drop-in before class and introduced herself as soon as I walked in the building. It was nice that she was prepared and expecting me. I wasn’t a “surprise”.-Other classmates were friendly and welcoming. One or two were engaging.-Trainer followed-up with me at the end of class.What I would have liked better:-I like a trainer that watches and coaches form – it’s important to me for safety. I didn’t feel like the trainer did much individual "coaching" to myself or any other participants during class; mostly managing the time/plan for the day. This is something I feel lacks at my home gym at times, so I was okay with it. Just an area for improvement :)-I thought the classmates could have been more engaging. Only two, maybe three talked to me.Overall very good gym with good equipment and nice people. This was not a hardcore jockfest with rap music. It was a group of very typical American people just wanting to stay in shape by working out in a community.

My friend brought me to try this gym and I really thought I would hate it and never go back.First time there sold me and I immediately got a membership. The coaches are attentive and helpful. The other members are awesome and motivate each other.This isn't the type of gym where you go, put on headphones and pretend everyone else doesn't exist for an hour and a half. This is an amazing environment and I highly recommend it!
