★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I am giving this one Star based on if zero was an actual option. I just couldn’t find myself to put two stars. The one star is earned because the location is nice and the outside of the building is nice. It is very overcrowded, But I guess that is good for the profit margin. So many people were in the sauna it looked like a bucket of fish cooking. The handicap chair that goes into the spa is so so rusted. I have a picture attached. There is so much chlorine in the spa that it’s hard to even breathe. I tried to battle it out because that was one of the reasons I joined this gym. But I could only stay in there for about 10 minutes before I had a bad headache. Here is some information for the person who is in charge of your chlorine levels. Having too much chlorine in your spa can lead to skin and eye irritation, damage to spa components, and potentially health issues. It's crucial to maintain chlorine levels between 1.0 and 3.0 ppm.UPDATE: I guess someone from the facility has read this review, because both my concerns about the chlorine and the rusty handicapped chair have been remedied.
July 20 · Mister SmithI’ve been a member of LA Fitness and currently pay $660/month for 3 days a week with a personal trainer. Unfortunately, my experience has been consistently frustrating.About 90% of the time, the equipment required for my workouts isn’t available. Even basic, easy-to-fix items are neglected — for example, the yoga balls have been flat for months. I asked multiple times for them to be inflated, yet nothing was done for over 3 months. There seems to be little effort put into maintaining equipment or ensuring the gym is properly stocked. On top of that, there’s no real system in place to prevent members from taking or misusing equipment, which only makes things worse. For the amount I’m paying, I expected a facility that was well-maintained, functional, and supportive of members’ fitness goals. Instead, it feels like upkeep and member needs are not a priority.
September 13 · Catherine GallionThe sauna at this LA Fitness is co-ed and ALWAYS EXTREMELY OVERCROWDED, shoulder to shoulder, mostly with men. As a woman, it feels extremely uncomfortable and even unsafe at times. There’s no monitoring of the space, and it clearly wasn’t designed with balance or privacy in mind. I hope management takes this seriously and considers either limiting occupancy, monitoring the space better, or offering gender-specific hours. It’s a basic issue of comfort and respect for all members.
August 03 · Ruth AlbaThis gym is quite spacious. It has an aerobic room, spin room, punching bags in the aerobic room, and pool. Has plenty of equipment for weight training.Amenities:✅️Punching Bags✅️Jacuzzi (It has a small one in the locker rooms)✅️Pool✅️Spacious Aerobic Room
January 20 · Alfredo ZanchezNot impressed with the Kids Klub staff!! Staff is rude and seems to forget they work at a gym daycare.I ABSOLUTELY understand it's not a traditional daycare OBVIOUSLY, but it is kid care that PARENTS PAY FOR!!Things that are expected1. Hello/ goodmorning/ Good afternoonCommon courtesy2. Warmth (you work with children)3. Knowing how to calm a crying child4. Engaging with children in an age appropriate tone and mannerMy initial interaction was " we don't soothe babies if they cry" " we don't give bottles if they can't hold them "My question is, why accept kids 3 months and older???This is suppose to encourage mommas to work out, not stress them out. We're paying for the gym membership and the daycare. The staff needs more training on courtesy and working with kids.
