The staff at the front desk was extremely helpful, I just wanted to come in and possibly train on my own and he offered me a 3-day pass!They lent me wraps, gloves and the gear I needed to train. I took a kickboxing class at noon then stayed after to lift weights and stretch. The instructor made sure to give notes to every participant and left no one behind.
