Kinesia Pilates Seattle Reviews
I have been going to Kinesia Pilates for nearly 2 years (23 months!), the staff is kind, thoughtful and effective. I do duets and privates twice a week with Stephanie (LOVE HER), and I have taken classes with Gay, Jordan and even a visiting teacher, Rocky. Every single teacher has been great for my learning journey. I am *much* stronger, more flexible, in less pain and have more control of my body than I ever have. I cannot recommend this studio, the teachers or pilates enough!
June 17 · alexandra klasinskiI have acquired and maintained good core strength and great flexibility during Jordan's twice weekly hour long virtual mat class over the past year. She leads a vigorous and stately procession of thoughtful cues to ensure safety and quality results.
February 06 · Danny PinskerKinesia Pilates Studio is an exceptional hidden gem in the beautiful and historic Pioneer Square neighborhood. Every single instructor here is skilled, knowledgeable, empathetic, and personable. Most, if not all, of Kinesia’s instructors studied under Romana, Joseph Pilates’ prodigy. This gives me and many others a high degree of trust in the studio. What’s more is that what they teach really works! I’ve found that my posture has improved tenfolds; I am more aware of my body; when I go backpacking and hiking, I notice that my soreness is spread out more evenly throughout my entire body rather than having the soreness concentrated in just my calves (as they were before I began coming to this studio); and I even sleep better (whereas before insomnia was surely going to be the death of me). I hope you give this studio a chance ~ you really will not find a mind body connection anywhere else as you do here! Thank you Christl, Jordan, Stephanie, Gay, Crystal, and Scott - you are all amazing and I can’t thank you enough for guiding me along my health journey.
April 09 · marilynA private session with Christl is great, I always feel energized and much more in touch with myself after every workout. The great feeling lasts all day!
