Who knew a gym full of heavy metal could be so warm and welcoming? In semi-private sessions, I follow an individualized plan and am guided and motivated by the staff every step of the way. Kilos is a super welcoming place with lots of physical "diversity" - not intimidating, but you can really get after it if you are looking for that. I have seen excellent gains over the past three years and think the coaching is excellent - Brad, Kelly and Ian know their stuff. I do the group conditioning classes and they are a great size and a great crew. Just commit and join the family! It's so worth it.
