He customizes your workout program based on your individual needs. I feel stronger now than I have in a really long time. Kilo is such a welcoming environment. You do not need to be an experienced lifter to workout here. I am so glad I found this gym and can’t imagine going anywhere else.

I watch him be a fantastic coach to teenagers and pre-teens because he can relate but he’s very professional and easily gets them focused. If any parent out there wants to get their child more familiar with Olympic weightlifting, Keven is the best. And while you’re there, get coached too. You’re never too old to learn new things.The whole facility is welcoming and friendly. Every athlete supports you and helps you.Even if you aren’t sure Olympic weightlifting is for you, just try it out and know you’ll be in great hands in a great environment.

In that I feel successful! I don’t have to meet a certain standard or perform a certain way to fit in at Kilo! I love that all the coaches work with me to meet my goals, while also making me feel like I’m at home! Personal workout plan and nutrition all Tailored to get me to where I want to be physically and mentally.
