After searching “kickboxing gyms near me,” I found KBX. Unsure of what I would experience in my first class, my nerves quickly went away when I was warmly welcomed in with open arms by Jade, Joe, and Billy, and experienced the camaraderie and community present in KBX classes. I immediately knew this was the place for me.There has never been a moment at KBX where I haven’t had a smile on my face. The coaches are the most supportive and flexible individuals you could ask for, and the workouts are fantastic. The gym has a Taekwondo background which is simply amazing for a kickboxing gym. This is by far the best gym I have ever been a part of, and even one of the best organizations as well. Anyone can complete a KBX class- regardless of age or physical abilities.KBX and its members deserve all the success they get, and I will forever love it! If I wasn’t moving for work, I’d never leave this gym. I can’t recommend this amazing business enough…RUN- don’t walk, to your free trial class!

Jade & her coworker(i forget her name) they were so WELCOMING, making me feel comfortable. They were there to guide me and let me know that i can do it at my own pace. I had such an AMAZING time. I cannot wait to go back!

It's a warm atmosphere where you feel welcome from day one no matter your skill level. I'm so, so glad I decided to join, and I highly recommend anyone considering give it a try. You'll be hooked.

KBX provides a fantastic workout.You have a good warm up, pace yourself if you're just getting started, then on to the workout! You get a demo at the beginning of each round and the coach then walks around to provide queues. You'll end with great core session.
