I've taken class with a mix of instructors, and every one has been terrific – challenging, helpful with form and encouraging. There’s a great flow to class, and always a good playlist, so class just flies by. Appreciate the focus on form and technique - I actually feel like I get a more effective workout with Jetset, versus the other reformer classes where you’re zipping through sequences in the dark. Additionally, the studio is beautiful, everyone is really welcoming, and I LOVE the reformers! I genuinely look forward to class and can’t wait to come back for more! Highly recommend!

The workouts push you while still having enough variety to keep you motivated. I always introduce myself to new instructors or reintroduce myself if it's been awhile since I attended so the instructors can provide guidance to me throughout the session if my technique needs improving. All of the instructors have been engaging and very supportive. From the first time I met Goli (owner) and on my subsequent visits, she has been incredibly welcoming. This place is a gem and I highly recommend it!

The instructors are amazing—super knowledgeable, supportive, and great at helping you perfect your form to really engage the right muscles. The workouts are intense, but in the best way. Even if you’re new or a little intimidated by Pilates, the instructors always offer modifications and amplifications to fit your level. I’ve already noticed myself getting stronger, and the sense of community here is incredible. The staff is so friendly, and I genuinely look forward to my morning workouts now. Highly recommend!!
