I have been going to Jennifer’s studio since she opened and what I love about the place is the vibe. No high pressure, no guilting. What you get with Jennifer is a great workout patterned after the Lotte Berk Method which Jennifer is trained in. The studio is small and comfortable. She fosters a stress free, supportive and friendly atmosphereJennifer is a trained dancer and is extremely knowledgeable. Many times she has helped me by correcting my form or modifying my workout to suit my body.Jennifer has a variety of different classes besides Barre that I love including Pilates and a barre cardio class that not only works your whole body, but gets your heart rate up as well.Try a class and I promise you will be back for more. She also teaches private machine classes for people with more specific needs.
