April 23 · Naren KMy husband had some squat issues which he couldn't do well at the beginning, we asked for a professional trainer to help him with that. The trainer Jan Dayleg is wonderful! He taught my husband very helpful stretches and explained things very clearly. He also set up daily exercise plans for him after class to make him improve very fast! He is very professional and knowledgeable! We appreciate his help a lot! He is definitely recommended!
