The choreography is fun and can always be modified if you have issues with your back, knees, balance, etc. Music playlists are updated on a regular basis and include all styles (pop, rock, Latin, hip-hop, country, something for everyone). Don't think, "Oh, I don't know how to dance," or "I'll never be able to keep up." Everyone here is supportive and you'll be surprised by how good you feel when you work up a sweat!
