Five months working with her, I was able to do things I hadn’t been able to do in almost 2 years due to an injury. She listens to your personal goals and designs the workouts to meet those goals. She pays attention and says something when form is off or something needs tweaking. I tried a couple of the classes and they were really great and challenging in just the right way. I would recommend Jenn and this studio to anyone ready to hit their fitness goals.

She challenges me every session with something new, and she is very conscious of my physical limitations with my spine and hip issues and works with me if/when there are limitations. Their group training classes are fantastic also!

Jen and Tiffany are amazing trainers that allows people of all shapes and fitness levels to complete their workout and leave with a great sense of accomplishment and pride.
