The services offered at Iron Plate Gym are tailored to a specific type of fitness enthusiast, focusing on strength and convenience.
24-Hour Access: This is one of the most significant features of Iron Plate Gym. With 24/7 access, members can work out at any time that fits their personal schedule, whether it’s early in the morning before the sun rises or late at night after the kids are in bed. This flexibility is invaluable for people with non-traditional work hours or busy lives, as it removes the barrier of limited operating hours.
Free Weights: The gym provides an extensive collection of free weights, which is a key offering for anyone serious about strength training. Unlike machines that limit movement, free weights allow for a more natural range of motion and engage a wider variety of muscles, making them essential for building functional strength and muscle mass. The focus on free weights makes the gym a destination for bodybuilders, powerlifters, and anyone looking for a rigorous workout.
Supplements: To complement your training, Iron Plate Gym offers supplements on-site. This convenience allows you to purchase essential pre-workout, post-workout, or other nutritional aids without having to make an extra trip to a separate store. It streamlines your fitness routine and ensures you have everything you need in one place to support your recovery and performance.
In addition to its core services, Iron Plate Gym provides a few key features that contribute to the overall member experience.
Onsite Services: The gym focuses on providing all the necessary elements for an effective workout right at the location. This includes the equipment, the supplements, and the overall infrastructure that supports a dedicated fitness routine.
Amenities: For member comfort, the gym is equipped with restrooms and Wi-Fi. The restrooms are kept tidy, and the availability of Wi-Fi allows you to stream your favorite workout playlist or stay connected while you train.
Payments: The gym accepts both credit cards and debit cards, making it easy to handle membership fees or supplement purchases.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I really really enjoy this gym itself. Had a friend who was wanting to check it out. Really enjoyed it and was going to sign up after she left. Got a call from A very Hostile Lady sorry I don't remember her name. Calling her a Criminal I told her no reason for the hostility and told her we will leave and sorry for the situation and that yes charge me the violation fee. She hung up and I told my friend about what happened and went to clean up our work out stations before we headed out. She called back within 3 mins and threaten to call the cops, which she could clearly see i was being respectful to not leave a nice gym a mess. Just a crazy way for her to lose a new potential customer. Yes you can say I violated which ever rules that i didnt see. But Not everyone has normal work schedules so hard to come during the day. Either way the gym is nice with good prices 👌 just a really bad way to handle that and my friend won't be joining. (Addition) after reading some other reviews I seem to not be a one off who delt with this. Also before the this gym is primarily for Veterans comment is applied to this review, which cool. I am also one as well.
July 06 · Zackary GibsonIf you’re a fan of being left alone and comfortable when working out, this is NOT the place for you. Also make sure after signing up for the membership you wait for the owners direct and specific orders to tell you it’s okay to enter the gym. THIS IS YOUR ONLY WARNING as they do not have anything relaying this information to you and will instead call your number and act like you committed a crime with ridiculous attitude despite being presented with upmost respect. Overall, I think the abundant amount of bad reviews speaks for itself.
June 01 · Ben BischofGreat people. Incredible owner worth the time and incredible atmosphere. I'd recommend this gym over any other. Insanely great prices. And incredible people especially the owners
May 10 · Ethan EnnisSmall gym, but plenty of weights.edit: lots of new machines. able to get a great workout when I'm available to get to the gym. very clean and organized.
July 17 · Shawn DI went to this gym for 2 months while home from school. While the overall gym is ok, the customer service is not. After canceling my membership, I am continued to be charged monthly although I haven't attended in over 2 months. I have tried contacting to re-cancel after being told I was successful in doing so 2 months ago but have not gotten through to anyone. I am frustrated. Wishing I had gone to a more reliable and organized place. Contact me ASAP, I would like my money back, as this is a huge financial inconvenience.
