I reached out to IFT and soon started working 1:1 with Cediel, one of the trainers/coaches there.In just a few months the difference has been night and day. I've seen large improvements to my strength, noticeable fat loss, and reduced pain from finally addressing weak points, imbalances, and injuries.Cediel built a program around my goals, schedule, and my pre-existing injuries, making sure that all my workouts helped move me towards my goals. He's helped with strength training, conditioning, diet, supplementation, and keeping me accountable. He's always seems to know when to push me and when to let me recover so I can still perform at my best.The facility itself is no frills. I chose this gym because of their amazing reviews and in fact those reviews were right. The environment is so welcoming and positive. Most of the time when you go into a gym it feels overwhelming with people and noise but here I feel like I can focus and give it my best on each segments of exercises. My trainer Junior is amazing he pushes me out of my comfort level in order to achieve my goals. I had a certain number of weight loss I was aiming and I feel like I’m getting closer each week. I’m not much of a morning person so it’s tough waking up early and going to the gym before work. When I get to the gym the adrenaline wakes me right up and feel energized that throughout the day I feel amazing because I made the effort to go to the gym and I’m able to work on myself.
