It is an exceptional choice for the local user who prioritizes personalized attention, a supportive environment, and a results-based training structure.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1This studio is exceptional. They offer every amenity you need, it is well kept, very clean, and both intimate and spacious. The staff are so kind, friendly, and personable. I took Frankie’s class and her energy is contagious. She motivates you without adding pressure and makes the class feel personal. It really felt like I was a part of the community even during my first ride at this studio. I used to teach spin in Las Vegas and have not found a better studio since moving to Washington. I’ll be back often!
July 10 · Ashley MMisleading ‘free’ offer and treatment that felt me feeling unwelcome. I arrived early for my consultation, but the coach came late, didn’t apologize, and was unwelcoming. I was told about a $1,495 deposit—never mentioned in the ad—and refused a quick studio tour even though I arrived before class. I left feeling dismissed, and it made me wonder if my appearance or background played a role. Wouldn’t join even if it were free.
August 12 · shazia AlviWhat horrible business neighbors. I should NOT be able to not only hear, but feel your music as I'm shopping for my dog next door. How loud do you really need it? You aren't a concert hall. Could barely hear the gal checking me out. Absolutely rude and inconsiderate. Sounds like I'm not the only one who's complained. Doesn't seem like this business cares, even when it's loud enough to knock down ceiling tiles. Imagine being so bro you couldnt care less how many people you disturb and how you're impacting the businesses around you. You share a wall. Do better.
August 30 · Lexi AndersonI had never done a bike class before but wanted to check this place out. Super friendly staff, great space and cool bikes. They have a towel service, and a water bottle refill station. Class was alive!!! Great vibes, great music and a fun class! I will be sore but I'll definitely be back!!
November 16 · Mich AbrahamsThe instructor, Katie, is absolutely fantastic. She’s not only super fun but also incredibly motivating. Her energy is contagious, and she does a great job of keeping the class engaged and challenged throughout. Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned cyclist, she tailors the workout to push you without feeling overwhelming. The playlists are always on point, too, making the whole ride fly by. I’ll definitely be back for more classes with Katie! Highly recommend this studio for anyone looking for a high-energy, well-maintained space with an awesome instructor.
