Ilya is very knowledgeable about physiology and body mechanics, as well as how to use training and stretching to build long term strength and improve overall health. During my training sessions he explained how to do each exercise, made sure my form was correct and explained how the exercises helped me improve the areas important to me. Ilya was always very encouraging and has a vast knowledge of his profession. I recommend Ilya if you are looking for an outstanding trainer.

I’ve worked with other personal trainers and none have helped me improve fundamental mobility issues the way Ilya has. He’s also relaxed, fun to work with and an interesting guy. I’d recommend him to anyone, regardless of their current fitness level or goals.

He's thoughtful and intuitive with the way that he plans each workout and makes recommendations for what to do outside of sessions with the goal of making movement an everyday part of your life. His energy is very chill and he has knowledge for about any fitness topic you can throw him. I felt myself getting stronger in just a few weeks and have been having fun along the way.
