Thanks to the dedicated and extremely friendly and caring trainers I was able to lose 5.3% of my body fat and 15 lbs in six weeks! Led by my main man Zac, Carly (aka Ms. No Mercy) and rockin DJ Alex they armed me with a plan consisting of an easy to follow nutrition plan, three work outs a week with them, and at home exercises. Coupled with their positive support during the frustrating times, I was able to achieve my goal. In addition they created an atmosphere of teamwork with the other participants that made getting through the workouts easier. I have tried other programs through the years, but the IBJI Health Performance program delivered what the others could not - the results I needed to get healthy.
