The community is so encouraging, the classes push me, and the coaches are phenomenal!I also love Timmie, the owner. She truly cares about each member and is always striving to make the gym better.Both locations offer a variety of classes, and they are very intentionally programmed by the coaches so that you can measure your results and see how you’ve grown over the 12 week cycle. I also love how the classes are capped at 10 people so you get a lot of one on one attention from the coaches in regards to your form.I also love that they encourage you to compete in things you never thought you’d be able to do- like Hyrox, Spartans, etc.One of my favorite classes is Run Club!

May 27 · Sean JosephHybrid House is amazing! Wide variety of training, from running to Olympic lifting. If you want to stare in the mirror while curling dumbbells, stick to the big box gyms. If you want to get gritty, strong and fast, let the HH coaches show you the way!
