The group of ladies that attend are just as lovely. The age group goes from mid twenties to 70 and the workouts are easily modified to your fitness level and ability. The 12 week challenge is a road map for success. I highly recommend making Hudson Valley Boot Camp a part of your life. If you think you don’t have the time… you do. Do it for YOURSELF. You’ll find you have more time than you did before because your energy level will go up!
