The space is intimate, but with its creative instructors and wonderful patrons, it is the perfect location to become stronger and build a sense of community.They have an incredible promotional rate that allows you to try all the classes with little risk. After my trial rate, I purchased a monthly membership.The Wednesday Mat Pilates with Mo is my personal favorite. We work hard and focus on proper form and alignment, all while laughing and connecting.Love and Light!
