Hot Yoga Naperville offers several features and highlights that are important to consider for anyone looking to join a fitness center. The studio is well-equipped to provide a comfortable and effective workout experience. The restrooms and showers are a key amenity, allowing members to freshen up after a sweaty session. While many people enjoy the variety of classes and the benefits of a hot workout, it is worth noting that some public feedback has raised concerns about the management and client relations. Some reviews mention issues with the business being closed during scheduled class times and instances of perceived unprofessionalism from staff. These are important points to be aware of when considering this studio for your fitness needs.
For more information or to inquire about classes, you can contact Hot Yoga Naperville directly. The studio is located at 400 S Main St #02, Naperville, IL 60540, USA. Choosing a fitness center is a significant decision, and for residents in the Illinois region, Hot Yoga Naperville presents a mix of compelling offerings and potential drawbacks. On the one hand, the studio's extensive variety of classes, from high-energy Zumba to restorative Yin Yoga, makes it an attractive option for people who enjoy diverse workouts. The ability to take online classes also adds a layer of flexibility. The presence of showers and restrooms is a practical amenity that enhances the experience. The fact that the studio is good for kids suggests a welcoming and inclusive environment. However, it is essential to consider the customer feedback regarding management. The reviews about classes being canceled without notice and instances of unprofessional communication are significant concerns for potential clients who depend on a reliable schedule and good customer service. The reported issues with payment methods and a dismissive attitude can be off-putting for new members. For individuals who prioritize a diverse class schedule and a specialized focus on hot yoga and Pilates, Hot Yoga Naperville may be worth considering. However, it is recommended to be aware of the potential for inconsistent scheduling and to make a personal assessment of the studio's professionalism before committing to a class pack or membership.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1It’s really sad to see how this studio has declined in quality and management. I have regularly shown up on time for the early morning classes and the studio is still closed. I’ve called the number and the woman on the phone will casually mention that she’s on her way and will be showing up late. Some of us who are booking these early morning classes do so to fit a work out in before going to work- we can’t afford to lose that time and be late to work. I’m done with this place- totally wasted my money with the class pack. And don’t expect management to help you out- they’re very dismissive of their clients. Totally unprofessional method of running a business.
July 26 · Shreevidya MenonI just called hot yoga Naperville to ask if they offered a free class for new members. The lady on the phone said “you can Zelle me $15 for your first time” I told her I don’t feel comfortable sending her a Zelle and that doesn’t seem right. She said.. “Well I don’t have time for this go online and pay full price.” And hung up on me lol.I just moved here and was looking really forward to finding a hot Pilates studio and I’m really disappointed that I didn’t even get a chance to try it out. Really unprofessional and rude.. they ruined it when they could’ve had a new member!
September 12 · BrittPoorly Managed & Dishonest OwnerI do not recommend this yoga studio. The management is disorganized, and the owner is dishonest, constantly pushing you to buy more classes instead of focusing on genuine yoga practice. The classroom are hot but you don’t get too much practice. It’s more relaxation for old people. If you're looking for authentic yoga, this is not the place—you'll just waste your time and money.Additionally, the owner is incredibly disrespectful and rude, especially to new customers. The lack of professionalism and integrity makes this studio unbearable. Avoid
June 16 · John SmithI’ve been meaning to write this review for months—this place is AMAZING. I visited during the winter with my mom or partner and absolutely loved taking Inferno Hot Pilates with Erika. Even when teaching virtually, Erika is so kind, engaging, and immersive. The workouts are intense in the best way, challenging but exactly what I needed. The owners are also super sweet and incredibly accommodating, which makes the whole experience even better. This studio has become a favorite of mine whenever I’m back in my hometown. Highly recommend!
May 16 · Amanda LevinaiteI have never posted a negative review on Google, so take that as you will. I want to start this review by saying: if you were the male instructor on his first day of the class I took today, you were wonderful! This has nothing to do with you. My mom and I felt so bad walking out. Our negative experience has nothing to do with the instructor and everything to do with online booking/the lady who talked to us after. My mom and I booked a hot mat Pilates class online to try out this studio. My mom is new to Pilates, but I’ve been taking mat Pilates for a year at other studios. However, when we got there, we were told that the mat Pilates class was now a weighted HIIT class. My mom is 60 and newer to fitness, while I have a heart condition. A HIIT class is not for us. We ended up leaving (which I felt horrible about, and I apologize to the instructor), but the lady at the desk (who I assume is the owner/receptionist?) tried to make us feel bad for leaving early, insisting every class they taught there was that intense. The problem for us was not that the workout is intense, it was the type of exercise and the fact that it was not what we signed up for. I’ve taken countless Pilates classes before and I know they can be intense, but with my heart condition, I should not be diving in head first to a HIIT class without being informed at least the day before so I have time to consult my doctor. The lady was pretty much yelling at us and guilting us and being so pushy/rude, which I’ve never experienced before from a professional. Horrible customer service from the owner/receptionist, which is such a shame because the instructor was great. He was very knowledgeable and good at his job, and I hope he finds employment at a better-run studio.
