I have been practicing at the Center for the better part of three decades. When I walk into the Studio it feels like an oaisis. After a busy work week I enter feeling like a raisin and walk out feeling like a freshly washed garmet on a clothes line swaying in a spring breeze! As an advanced intermediate I can choose a gentle, moderate, or vigorous version of a pose—whatever I need at the time and there is no competition or pressure to "keep up." Scott has studied yoga avidly and draws from many traditions, meditation and musical traditions and has a voice made for radio DJing! It is a pleasure to pracice there.
