I was nervous at first, but I told the instructor Keona that it was my first time, and she did a great job making adjustments for me and teaching me core techniques. The class was very rigorous, but I felt amazing and accomplished afterward! They had gloves available to borrow, and we used a mix of bags and weights in the class.Going again soon, and can’t wait!
