Jan has created a fantastic community and every instructor brings their individual style and focus, resulting in the uniquely holistic (and FUN) experience that is Henry Street Fitness. I was perfectly prepared for hip replacement surgery and did so well that my PT graduated me early and I was back in the studio at HSF in less than 3 weeks!
