Heatwise offers a focused menu of classes that are all designed around a heated, music-driven practice. The studio’s core philosophy is to combine the physical and mental benefits of yoga and Pilates with the added challenge and detoxifying effects of a heated room. The classes are known for their creative flows and dynamic sequencing, ensuring that no two sessions are exactly the same. This variety keeps things interesting and prevents your routine from becoming stagnant. The instructors are lauded for their artistry and ability to guide a class that is both rigorous and inspiring. ★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Heatwise (both UWS and Bowery) are top tier studios. Their instructors are amazing and have absolutely mastered their art. I’m so thankful to have found an INSANE hot mat Pilates class that not only challenges me but has great music to go along with it. The classes will kick your butt in the best way possible. I first found this studio with ClassPass then tried the 2 week unlimited and here I am now as an unlimited member. I’ve recommended this studio to allllll of my friends and will continue to do so. ❤️ Ps. Photo is of the hot Pilates candlelit class at Bowery with Shoshi! :)
April 24 · Viktorija GrilloWow!!! Where to start?! Such a cute place feeling intimate in the best way. But, how on earth to people do this?! Biggest respect honestly I am a yoga lover but was entirely zonked by halfway through. Thought I was gonna die.Maaaasive respect!!!Lovely staff too🩷🩷🕺
June 04 · Lola TylerThis is hands down my favorite yoga studio! The instructors are incredibly kind and welcoming, which makes such a difference. I’m obsessed with the Pilates and Sizzle & Sculpt classes—such a great workout and always a good vibe. The studio is also super clean, which I really appreciate. Can’t recommend it enough!
June 12 · Ryley JohnsonI’ve never been a fan of hot yoga—too often, the classes stray far from traditional yoga practice. That’s why HeatWise was such a refreshing surprise. Their classes honor the foundations of traditional yoga while seamlessly incorporating the benefits of a heated room. The warmth elevates the entire experience, and there's something deeply satisfying about working up a good sweat.
June 13 · Jacqueline KernI found Heatwise last year while easing back into exercise after a long break. I’d sworn off hot yoga after a bad Bikram experience years ago, but this studio changed everything.I now have an unlimited membership and regularly take classes I never imagined I’d enjoy - like hot Pilates and sculpt. The UWS studio has become a go-to space for mindfulness in the middle of my busy week.Every teacher brings a unique style: some are meditative, some intense, some with playlists I like more than others. But all offer a chance to move, feel stronger, and mentally reset. The membership is fairly priced (way less than other boutique studios in the neighborhood), booking is easy (I’ve never had an issue securing a spot in class), the cancellation policy is very fair, and perks like mat storage and in-studio discounts make a difference.I never thought hot yoga could feel this accessible or empowering. I’m so grateful to have found this community.
