★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Suggestions: a larger sauna room because it can get packed sometimes, more open swimming lanes or another pool altogether; the pool has three open swim lanes & one walking lane. Make sure to check the schedule if the pool or court are open for use to the public. An additional hot tub or whirlpool with steam jets would be absolutely phenomenal. There are also no sleds or open artificial turf areas for certain exercises requiring extra space. This one certain rowing machine functions but it cannot play any of the fun game options (fixed on Feb 15, 2024).However, that being said, there are plenty of very high-quality pieces of exercise equipment including but not limited to: one full-sized basketball court that can be split by curtain into two arenas & used for four pickleball games at a time or any other sports/games. This first floor has two or so private or specialized group exercise rooms, a cozy sauna, six showers, and bring your own lock or use the super-convenient number pad lockers.Upstairs on the 2nd floor, there are three dumbbell racks that go from weights of 5 lbs up to 150 lbs, kettlebells go from 5 to 50 lbs, weighted medicine balls, varying stretch bands, many stationary bikes & treadmills, two stair masters, two squat racks (plus one squat-assist Smith machine), two bench presses, a three-lane track field, and any other equipment like the standard leg press, lat pull down machines, etc (because it's actually quite an extensive list). Almost two of each piece of equipment!Once the snow begins to melt away, will there be outdoor swimming lanes (to be determined)?Overall, this fitness center is (moderately) clean, modern, inclusive, comfortable, affordable, and has friendly or accommodating team members. Hopefully this review helps you make your decision 😊
June 28 · D PDropped by due to my primary fitness center closing the pool for maintenance. Ended up visiting again when I’m in the area. This fitness center seems to have a lot of amenities and the lap pool, while small (3 lanes), works fine to get a lap swim in. Do check the pool schedule online as there are classes in the pool throughout the day where lanes may be closed for lap swim.Day pass was $15 for a non-resident.Staff are very friendly and locker rooms are clean. Recommended!
October 30 · J LeeMy wife and I signed up about 4-5 months ago. Previously we had a membership in a fitness center that didn't have a pool, so we signed up here primarily to be able to swim. The fitness equipment and rooms are nice and clean - pretty great. There is a variety of machines and a good free weights area. Its also well-sized, so its never crowded, at least not when I've been there. The indoor track is nice when you want it. Basketball courts have plenty of rings and the basketball I grabbed was nicely inflated. There are other things as well, but I haven't used them. But we had bad luck with the pool. We came to the center with the intention to swim around 8 times. And out of that, 2 times the pool was closed for some sort of work, 1 time there was a private party in the pool during regular pool hours prohibiting regular members from using it, and 1 time we went when every lane was taken by two people and none of them bat an eye about the fact that there were 4 people standing waiting to swim, so we waited around 25 minutes (I guess my wife and I and another couple who was also there are just shy - should have jumped in, since the pool rules say people should swim in circles if more than 2 people are in a lane). Anyway, fairly low and disappointing percent of successful swim visits.
July 12 · Andrey KolesnikovAn always helpful staff makes it fun to work out there. The facility is kept clean and is well-run. We’ve been going there for a long time and find it very convenient and friendly.
January 01 · Don LesinskiWhile it has a pool and basketball court I go there for weights and cardio. This is a pretty well equipped gym - weight machines, dumbbells, barbells, and plenty of cardio equipment. The people are nice and the place is kept clean. I wish the weekend hours ran a bit later into the night.
