★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I love taking classes at Healing Tree. The owners are kind and friendly. My go-to class is Theresa's Sunday morning Gentle Yoga. She has a sixth sense for knowing what her students need and creates a delightful, judgment-free atmosphere. My kids, ages 5 and 3, also enjoy taking their own classes with Colleen. She channels their imagination to make yoga poses fun. At home, I've noticed them practicing deep breaths when they get frustrated, a result of what they're learning at Healing Tree.
