The instructors are excellent - capable, caring and really lovely people. They keep the workouts varied, engaging and fun. The classes are challenging, with modifications offered so we can all work and advance at our own pace. They keep an eye on form so that exercises are done effectively and safely. As someone with chronic low back issues I really appreciate that they literally "have my back". The studio has multiple spaces where it offers yoga, meditation and special workshops. It really is unlike any other studio I've visited.

They are quick to offer a modification, if needed. The atmosphere is very relaxing. They offer monthly unlimited classes. Natalie, the owner, is a super sweet person but don’t let that fool you!!! Her class will kick your butt! There are plenty of class choices with free validated parking.

The instructors are incredible, Natalie is amazing, and the clients are all super kind and welcoming to all. My body has never felt stronger, and I have been doing pilates for over 15 years. There is something about Have Body Wellness that amps it up, but in a way that still keeps your mind at ease. Classes are all about the same level, but each instructor has such a different way about their class. They always help out new students, but keep the long time pilates vets sweating. There are many studios in LA but I wouldn't recommend any the way I do for Have Body Wellness. Go and take a class to find out what I'm talking about!!!!

As a former ballerina, it’s always hard to find a studio that goes at the right pace and continues to challenge me. When I found this studio, not only is it five minutes from my office, but the instructors are amazing and I have seen my body change in the last year in ways I never expected (for the good!). With different exercises and different machines and settings for different levels, I can be in a class with a beginner but still walk out feeling like I left an advanced class. Natalie is the sweetest and I highly recommend coming in to meet the team! Six stars!
May 22 · Amanda DashI found Have Body Wellness while on Class Pass. When I decided to quit Class Pass, I decided that I would commit to joining Have Body Wellness. I love the feeling here. It is comfortable and welcoming. The Pilates instructors are very experienced - classes are challenging.I also do the Low-back care class on Wednesdays with Natalie. I have bulging disks. I've found that this is a very gentle class that has really helped keep my back pain free. Plus, Natalie adds a bit of meditation to the class which really helps with an overall feeling of wellness.There is ample, easy parking. This is a great advantage. I learned while doing Class Pass that most studios don't have this.There is something for everyone here whether you want to do Pilates, yoga, or meditation. This is what separates this studio from others.
