★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1This place isn’t it. I treated my cousin to yoga for her birthday and was surprised that for a 30$ class they have no water (you read that right, we had to fill our bottles in the bathroom sink) or pay 4$ for a plastic bottle. The sequence was good (this is why I gave it 2 stars instead of 1) but it was very very fast, and they had us do sequences without any instruction. If you are intermediate/ advanced this class is for you but if you’re a beginner trying to enjoy the spiritual effects of yoga this place is NOT IT! This is more focused on core strength and speed not the slow methodical nature of yoga. Very disappointed!
July 27 · Lazzuly MelloThis is the best restorative yoga class I’ve ever taken. I’ve been a few times now and each time is just as special. Tanya is so thoughtful. The pacing of her practice, the gentle music, the tone of her calming voice… I could go on. I told her tonight and I’m telling y’all now — I would take this class every single day if I could. Thank you, Tanya. You are a gift in this world. 💖
June 06 · HEATHER BONDI really enjoyed my Yoga class yesterday. Slow movements, some challenges (if you want), meditation. Love it.The studio is big and has good energy.
March 14 · Olena LinkI have nothing but good things to say about this studio. The instructors are really welcoming and kind and the classes are relaxing yet challenging in the best way. I’ve not always been great about having an exercise routine but this studio has been great for my mental and physical health.
May 09 · Abigail KossI must be used to quiet yoga studios, because this one was definitely not. There was a LOT of chatter in the studio before the class started. The whole point of yoga, for me, is to go inward. Socializing is nice after class... As i was trying to settle in, I kept getting asked to move over and over, which is fine but then I realized the class was PACKED. At that point, I just decided to leave before the class even started because the energy just didnt feel good to me. I was in my car for another 10 minutes, and STILL saw people running into the class. I can't imagine they could have fit any more people in that room.
