January 03 · Zoey JonesHappy Hour Pilates studio brings the vibes and the shakes from a great workout. When you enter the studio, you will be welcomed with a smile regardless if it is a 0500 class. You will be instructed on every move each time and Alex will help correct in a respectful way. 10/10 recommend to all friends.

Also so nice to have a mix of mat Pilates, reformer Pilates, and sculpt & tone classes with such knowledgeable instructors. This studio is a VIBE and I feel my best self after attending any class!

Alex's coaching is wonderful - she guides you through each movement including the breath work. I typically workout at a CrossFit gym 4 days/week and was looking for a way to increase mobility while also still getting a workout/building strength - Alex's Pilates class are just what I needed. I really appreciate the various membership options she has as well. Other Pilates studios I checked out online seemed to be very costly even for 1 day/week classes. If you are interested in trying out Pilates - highly recommend Happy Hour :)
