Started out of a need for community and fitness during the darkest parts of covid - the team at HTD have created something really special. If you want to sweat, learn new skills, work with professional boxers, all while having a good time this is the place you want to come.I’ve tried A LOT of workouts around this city and this is one I keep coming back to.
