★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Nice studio, complimentary yoga mats, I find that the teacher doesn’t really navigate a busy class well especially for Sunday. I was in the fourth row. She didn’t bother to come back to really do any adjustments or do demonstrations which I realize some teachers don’t do that, but it was very clear that I was struggling to see — I wouldn’t come back.
June 08 · m v 25The studio is SO CUTE AND COZY!I’m fairly new to yoga and was pretty nervous to take my first class after a bad experience but I decided to give it another shot to help my mental health.I've taken several classes with Tiff Lau now and let me tell you—she's truly the BEST - she's charming and genuinely warm. She fills the room with her bright, positive, yet calming energy! Tiff has a way of making everyone feel seen and creates a personal, welcoming vibe in every class. 🫶🏼 I can’t recommend her enough. She's amazing at guiding you through each movement, and her transitions from warm-up into the flow feel super smooth and natural. I always leave feeling refreshed, re-centered, and grateful that I showed up. I've invited my friends and sisters to her class and they've all said the same. If you're someone that has a hard time practicing mindfulness, her tues 8am class is the best way to kickstart your week. Also love that GTHR provide mats and water for free—such a hidden gem.
June 07 · Madeline NgA beautiful yoga studio with nice plants and good energy, mats available for free. A bit too hot for me and too strong palo santo smoke, need a stronger ventilator or AC.The space is relatively small (would comfortably fit 12-14 students). Teacher Liv delivered a great class, perfect level of challenge and organic flow but not too exhausting.
May 30 · HANE XxxxAbsolutely love this studio! From the moment you walk in, it's warm, inviting and full of positive energy. I always look forward to Ola’s classes — she’s truly amazing! Every session is heart-opening, grounding, and just what I need to reconnect with myself and those around me. Her flow is incredible, and I leave feeling refreshed every time. Plus, the studio itself is beautifully designed, with thoughtful touches everywhere (the plants are a personal favorite!). If you're looking for a place to practice, I can't recommend this studio enough. A thank you so much, Ola, for your wonderful classes! This is such a magical space.
January 11 · Brooke SaffireBeautiful, intimate and clean studio with experienced instructors. Mats, blocks and blankets are provided in class and well maintained. Each instructor has their own unique style but I’ve enjoyed taking all their classes both pre-pregnancy and during. They also offer yoga retreats. GTHR feels like an escape from NY.
