★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Grow Kids Classes have been a huge part of our life from before our kiddos could crawl until now (they're three). We really love the staff. We always enjoy our time and feel it's so developmentally appropriate and nurturing. They are very accommodating and understanding. A genuinely wonderful environment for families.
August 15 · Alijah LegaultGrow has been such a wonderful community for me as I have entered into motherhood. Susan, Emily, Kaliegh and the other instructors create a positive, supportive, and welcoming environment in the classes. I initially was nervous to put myself out there and go to the moms yoga class, but after the first few moments meeting the instructor and other parents I felt comfortable and excited to be there. In the summer the classes are held outside overlooking the lake — it is a beautiful setting!! Plus, it’s SO fun and empowering to be getting in movement with my baby and surrounded by other moms prioritizing their health while taking care of their babes.I highly recommend Grow to anyone looking for a moms network, looking to build community, or looking for activities for their little ones.
October 19 · Ruth ClarkGrow classes are such a wonderful resource for expecting parents and those who have young children. We took prenatal yoga classes and birth classes here which really helped prepare us for all of the possibilities of giving birth. After having our daughter, I attended postnatal yoga classes both in person and online, and the sense of community Susan creates is wonderful. Feeling supported in that vulnerable time of life makes such a difference. Now that our daughter is a little older, she has enjoyed the Nature Yogis kids’ classes too! I really appreciate having Grow in our community and can’t recommend them highly enough!
October 03 · Carrie HolmgrenHighly recommend Grow to all expecting parents and parents with young children. Grow has served as an educational community, a safe space to develop as a parent, a meeting place of future best friends for myself and my children and a place to experience some of the best of the best teachers/doulas/supporters around. Five stars!
November 02 · emily carsonWe LOVE our GROW playgroups with “Teacher Emily”! The environment of support and community is a staple in our week, and brings both my kiddo and I so much joy. I’m very grateful to have connected with this community, and plan to continue participating for many years to come.
