Chris tailors your program to your goals across many approaches (kettlebell, reformer, rings, “The Barrel”, “The Chair”, and more. At the heart of his approach is form and getting the most out of your time by doing every rep right. This rapidly builds strength without injury! This to me is THE difference at Grit. Chris takes his expertise beyond the studio with meaningful coaching on nutrition and healthy living. I’ve worked out for 10 years before coming to Grit, but Chris took it to another level. I highly recommend engaging Grit to create your plan. The sooner you start, the faster you’ll improve your health and increase your strength - age is never an excuse, I’m in my fifties and never felt better. Thank you Chris!

Chris is different—he’s a true coach who cares about long-term health and building strength that lasts. I came in wanting more muscle awareness to support my CrossFit and powerlifting, and it’s been a game changer. August 25 · Lara BaatenburgI have nothing but GREAT things to say about Grit and Chris! I started going to Chris to help with my chronic lower back pain and to strengthen my core. Just a few sessions later, my back pain was gone! Chris is a patient, helpful instructor who pushes you to your limits! His classes and private sessions are not easy but very rewarding. I started with private sessions to work on the pilates moves and work on form...highly recommend. I enjoy the smaller class sizes because you can get to know others and get some personalized instruction from Chris. There is an app that you use to book your sessions, super easy. You can buy class/private session packages . I would recommend Grit to anyone! Life changing!

He’s the real deal in terms of learning to do Pilates to the highest caliber and get your body in great shape! He also meets you where you’re at fitness level wise and pushes you to the next level!

Pilates not just anywhere, but at Grit Pilates. Because not every Pilates instructor truly understands the adjustments you need to make to keep your back safe but at Grit Pilates Chris certainly does.
