July 08 · Anu DI’ve been doing my personal training with Brandon for over a month now and i love that he’s very involved during the sessions. You can see that he’s passionate about personal training and tries to understand your goals and pushes you a bit further every session. I go to a different gym regularly but needed the extra one on one push and I couldn’t be happier and have started feeling stronger. Brandon has also been great with providing nutrition advice and makes recommendations based on your goals. I have done personal training before and was often annoyed by coach checking their phones constantly or giving me a task to do and walking away for a bit so wasn’t a big fan of it but Greenlight Personal Training feels different. It’s a new location so I’m excited to see how the business grows and continues maintaining and/or excelling when it comes to services currently being rendered.
