But at GJF they do a lot of really smart and functional exercises that also make you just all-around healthier. Another client described their impact as 'reversing the clock' and I completely agree. For example, I came in with an old injury. Not only have we worked around it perfectly, but this is the longest I have gone in years trying to workout without getting a new injury! Really nice guys, and good at what they do.
