★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Great gym. Excellent assortment of machines, free weights, and pulley systems. Slightly smaller cardio section.Ownership is responsive and friendly. Membership costs are in line with similar gyms. Gym members are friendly. Gym is rarely "too busy" and you will rarely wait for any specific machine.
March 21 · John May6 months and and a price increase later, STILL no locker rooms. Absolutely ridiculous. Either lower your prices temporarily or wait to transition spaces until you have all your ducks in a row.
August 19 · Andrea SmithI am reluctant to write this review, but unfortunately have no other options and hope to get a response. I have been going to GR City Gym for over 3 years now and have never had any issues. Since the changing of locations, I have been unable to workout the past two mornings after the new year contrary to the claim that the gym is opened by 5:45. I was in the parking lot today for over 15 minutes and unfortunately could not wait any longer as I (and most others) have to work in the morning. I had tried reaching out via instagram because there is no email or phone number listed anywhere on the website and had nowhere else to turn. Instead of answering my questions on when the gym would be available in the morning, I was left on read and my membership has now been cancelled. I never wanted my membership cancelled but I guess that is easier than dealing with a customer who just wants to work out. I hope this problem gets resolved in the future and hope to get a reply as I have left 4 messages and tried to call with no success.
January 07 · Michael AndersonThey moved locations and are advertising as 24 hours, but they are not open any time before 6 AM at the new location. They have read and ignored messages on IG asking if this will be resolved, and it hasn’t been resolved 2 days in a row.We pulled up to the gym this morning for the second day in a row to a parking lot full of people waiting in their cars for someone to come unlock the gym for 20+ minutes and decided to leave in order to make it to work in time. Poor business practice for a 24 hour gym, they should be refunding January memberships.
January 07 · Abby MacheskyI have been going to GR City Gym for a few months and getting Personal Training attention from Lo Osborne, who has been terrific in helping me reach toward some fitness goals. Besides Lo being awesome to work with and extremely knowledgeable (a real expert and professional), i have found everyone at the gym to be positive and helpful. the atmosphere is great, and i have really enjoyed my time there. I am glad to be going there and plan to keep it up. I am grateful that i tried out this gym and have the opportunity to work out there. thanks to everyone there who makes that happen every day!
