Good Yoga NB Reviews
This is a great yoga studio! I want everyone in our community to experience the classes here, it’s a local gem. They offer 5 different classes. Each has a set sequence so you can get used to it and measure your progress in the postures. Each sequence is very different- if one class isn’t your jam try any of the others for a totally different experience. (House Special is my fave- your tight back and hips will be a thing of the past after a few house special sessions)The classes are excellent for all levels. I have been to studios where you feel pushed to stretch more or deeper in a way that doesn’t feel safe. Or where the instructors don’t offer enough cues and guidance. This studio isn’t like that, you can tell that the sequences were designed with safety and health in mind. It is a smaller space and the instructors are thorough and kind while guiding you through the movements. The pricing is excellent, the space is beautiful, the instructors are all lovely in their own way. There is no music except for a monthly special class they do with music.
