Even though it is a group setting, you feel like you’re getting a personal trainer. I’ve enjoyed every one. Chelsea, Jess and Tailor each challenge me each time but today I had one of the hardest but really great workouts from Daniel. He usually coaches in the evening and I am a morning girl but it made me want to branch out. Bonus that the ladies that attend are all really nice 😊
