GGA Dwarf Goat Yoga Introduce
Introduction / Overview: Finding Your 'Goga' Zen in the Atlanta Metro
For Georgia residents seeking a genuinely unique and therapeutic approach to wellness, GGA Dwarf Goat Yoga (affectionately known as 'Goga') offers an unforgettable experience. Located in Tucker, this facility is far more than a conventional yoga studio; it is a full-fledged Wellness Center founded on the principles of animal-assisted therapy. The company, proudly established by GG and Sabrina Matthews, is a Black-owned business built on a deep spiritual connection and commitment to holistic well-being and mental health awareness.
GGA Dwarf Goat Yoga masterfully fuses high-quality yoga instruction led by certified professionals with the playful, heart-warming presence of adorable, highly socialized dwarf goats. Operating from their Zen Farm, and also offering a fully mobile service across the Southeast, GGA Dwarf Goat Yoga has become Atlanta's premier destination for this specific type of healing. The mission is clear: to provide a transformative, fun experience that helps destigmatize mental health challenges and promote holistic healing practices through the magic of animal companionship. ★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I enjoyed this goat yoga session with the lovely Ms.Coco she was a phenomenal instructor. Even though the goats can be the center of attention I was drawn to her & wanted to do yoga with her instead of playing with the goats during the yoga part of the session. Yoga mats were provided & the goats DID NOT stink how I thought it would smell like when you’re on a barn. The goats are very friendly but lovable feels just like holding a pet. They will nibble on hair so keep it wrapped up tight. The parking was not what I expected we had to line the cars up & wait for someone to get in the car to leave. I enjoyed this experience and will come again.
August 31 · Erica JohnsonI took my dad to this on Father’s Day and my cousin brought her family! It was such a fun time, money well spent. The instructor was very helpful and we had tons of fun feeding the goats and cuddling them, oh and of course doing yoga! but the goats stole the show!
August 18 · nonie singhSome friends and I did Wine Down Friday night goat yoga and we had so much fun. The space is so calming and cute, and everyone who worked there was super nice and helpful. The goats are so adorable and even though there was lots of screaming and chaos during the yoga class because of all the adorable goats and baby goats running and jumping on us, the instructor still led a great class. Overall, this was a different and unique way to have some laughs, fun, and relaxation.
April 19 · Beth PaquetteMy 14 year old and I absolutely loved our yoga session with these adorable goats. The grounds, staff, and entire organization are perfectly designed to have you leaving "better off" then you when you arrived. A little slice of peace OTP.
September 01 · Amanda LockhartWhat a BLAST! This was an incredible experience for me and my daughter. The yoga instructor was awesome, the goats were adorable, and the goat whisperers helped every step of the way. Everyone was smiling and laughing the whole time and we had a ball! Highly recommend!!
