Fuze House Introduce
In a city as dynamic and fast-paced as New York, finding a sports complex that truly stands out can be a challenge. Many fitness centers offer a one-size-fits-all approach, but for New Yorkers seeking something more intentional and transformative, the options can feel limited. You want a place that not only provides a space to work out but also offers expert instruction, a supportive community, and a unique atmosphere that makes you excited to show up. Fuze House, located in the heart of Chelsea, offers just that. It's not a traditional, sprawling sports complex, but rather a boutique fitness sanctuary that specializes in a powerful fusion of Pilates and sculpt workouts, all in a heated, infrared environment. This focused approach allows for incredibly effective and thoughtful workouts that are both challenging and deeply rewarding. As one highly satisfied customer noted, the classes are so popular that they become an "absolute non-negotiable" part of the week, requiring an alarm just to secure a spot before they fill up. This speaks volumes about the quality and appeal of the experience offered at Fuze House.
Fuze House is an infrared-heated boutique studio that has quickly become a go-to destination for those passionate about low-impact, high-intensity workouts. Their core philosophy revolves around creating intentional and thoughtfully structured classes where every movement has a purpose. The studio specializes in mat Pilates and sculpt workouts, designed to tone, lengthen, and transform the body. The unique element of infrared heat, which warms the room to a comfortable but challenging 90-95 degrees, is a key component of the experience. This heat not only promotes a deep sweat, aiding in detoxification, but also helps to increase flexibility and prepare your muscles for a more effective workout. The workouts are known for their focus on small, controlled movements that activate deep, often-neglected muscles, providing a full-body tone without ever feeling overwhelming. The high energy of the classes, combined with incredible playlists and motivating instructors, creates a vibrant and empowering environment. After a class, you'll feel the difference immediately, and even more so the next day, in the best way possible. The experience is about more than just physical exercise; it's a mental and spiritual reset that leaves you feeling strong, refreshed, and grateful.
Located in the vibrant neighborhood of Chelsea, Fuze House boasts a prime address at 107 W 20th St, New York, NY 10011, USA. Its location makes it incredibly accessible to a large portion of the city's residents. Situated between 6th and 7th Avenues, the studio is just a short walk from major subway lines, including the F, M, 1, and R/W trains. This convenience is a significant advantage for busy New Yorkers who need a gym that fits into their daily commute or schedule. The street-level entrance is easy to find, and once inside, the studio offers a welcoming and beautifully designed space. For those who prefer to drive, there is paid street parking available in the vicinity. However, like most of Manhattan, finding a spot can be challenging, so it's always a good idea to factor in extra time or consider public transportation. The amenities provided for members' comfort, such as a restroom, add to the overall accessibility and ease of the experience. The studio's proximity to various shops, cafes, and other local businesses in Chelsea also means you can easily combine your workout with other errands or social plans. The accessibility of the location is a key factor in why so many New Yorkers have made a class at Fuze House a non-negotiable part of their weekly routine, as it truly fits into a busy urban lifestyle.
While Fuze House may be considered a boutique studio rather than a traditional sports complex, its services are highly specialized and effective. The classes are designed to be intentional, with every movement serving a specific purpose. Instructors at Fuze House are known for their expertise, attention to form, and motivating energy. The workouts incorporate light weights and equipment, which are used thoughtfully to activate muscles and add resistance without being overwhelming. The variety in class formats ensures that you can continually challenge your body and mind, preventing the boredom that can come with repetitive workouts. Although the studio is known for its heated classes, it is important to note that the focus is on a structured, purposeful routine, not just sweating for the sake of it. The classes are designed to leave you feeling strong, sculpted, and refreshed, with a clear sense of accomplishment. The dedication of the instructors to their craft is a major draw, as they provide an empowering experience that goes beyond a standard exercise session.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I honestly cannot say enough good things about Olivia Figueroa’s workout classes. Her Monday evening class has become an absolute non-negotiable in my week – I literally set an alarm just to make sure I can book it before it fills up. That’s how good it is.Her workouts are incredibly intentional and thoughtfully structured – every single movement has a purpose, and she somehow manages to tone every part of my body in one class without it ever feeling overwhelming. What I especially love is her focus on smaller, more controlled movements that really activate muscles you didn’t even know you had. I sweat a lot given the room is very hot but that is also the point. Olivia also does an amazing job of incorporating the weights and equipment - not to mention her playlists. Her music choice is incredible and the energy is always very high. You feel the difference immediately, and even more so the next day (in the best way possible!).After every class, I walk out feeling strong, refreshed, and so grateful to have made it in. Her energy, attention to form, and encouragement throughout the session are next level. Truly, this class is a 10/10 every time. If you can get a spot – take it. Your body and mind will thank you!
April 28 · Allyson HelmsI signed up for a class weeks in advance and unfortunately had to cancel a couple hours before due to being extremely sick. It would have been nice to receive a credit instead to use in the future since it was my first “cancellation”, like other studios do. The management staff are very strict and refuse to offer this or refund me, and said they expect me to show up even when I had a fever of 102 degrees. Not to mention they pack every class so I’m sure they were able to fill my spot anyways from the waitlist.
August 11 · Alyssa MarianoI absolutely loved the class and the workout—so amazing! I can’t wait to go back. The studio itself was stunning, with such an aesthetically pleasing atmosphere. It was impeccably clean, and the products available in the changing room were high-quality. The only downside was that the staff didn’t seem very friendly or welcoming, which was a bit of a letdown. However, it was 6AM so I guess there is that to consider :)
April 11 · Berta de la Rosa CosculluelaI’ve wanted to try Fuze house for the longest time, I was so excited to go. When I got to the Chelsea location in nyc for my first class I was greeted with rudeness and found out I had signed up for the wrong week. There were zero accommodations, it was actually recommended I pay again.I have a friend who was signed up for the same day and overheard the staff gossiping about the situation. Which is totally inappropriate.Would not recommend Fuze house to anyone. I’ve never experienced a money centric mindset at any other workout studio in the nyc area.
March 23 · e.I really enjoyed my class with Elisah G. It was a balanced and challenging workout, and she made sure everyone's experience's great. She is the best. Fuze House is lucky to have her as an instructor!
