★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1This was my first time doing reformer Pilates and I had a great time! Sean was very friendly and helpful and gave me a tutorial of the reformer which was much appreciated. The other staff member was also very friendly and helpful. The studio was clean and the screens with the exercises were awesome to refer to. I’m not local but I’ll be back when I visit next!
September 20 · Madi ScheesseleThe studio is clean and the instructors are nice but it’s very expensive. I did the cheap trial and did enjoy the classes, but it’s not worth $27-$35 per classThe classes were extremely small. One time during a weekday at an 8:30am class there was me and one other person. None of the classes I went to were close to full, I think this speaks to their pricing. I think if it was more affordable, they would see their studio be more full, and then they would still turn a profit because more people would be in their class instead of charging for a more expensive class and having less clients. The machine was fun and it was a good workout but too expensive for me to keep up with.
September 15 · Melissa ButkovichSorry I have to write this review, but I am beyond disappointed with the management of this facility. To start I purchased the 5 class pack, and they don't tell you you have to use it in 14 days until like 3rd email with your receipt, but you have to scroll all the way down and read the fine print. (Which I didn't even see or know about this clause until my first class) I am a busy Mom just trying to get some time to myself while my kids are at school.I show up to my first class, excited and ready, now I am in a bigger body, but I've been working out a lot doing many different classes, Including mat pilates, just never reformer, which I told them in my initial text chat. (That everyone texts you from when you first sign up and act super welcoming and nice)Well day of first day, the trainer looks me and up and down and says "have you ever done pilates before" with a smirk, (I told them I already had already) but clearly they don't pay attention.. so I said "yes, just never reformer" I've actually lost 55lbs this year," she gave me a quick half assed instruction, and basically body shammed me, but there were lots of other girls in class my size.We go through the class it was great, I loved (which is such a shame because I won't be going back)As we are all getting ready to leave they asked If I have scheduled my next class, That's when I tell them that no but I was planning on scheduling it for the following Thursday because the only time that I can go to class is Thursday mornings. Then the girl at us finally tells me about the 14-day policy. And I was like oh no I didn't know that, Is it possible that I could talk to somebody to see if we can make arrangements. She said let's see what we can do she gives me the owner's contact information. I have reached out to the owner and the staff several times, receiving no feedback whatsoever. I did go to a second class, asked again about extending the 14 day policy, and the girl at the desk said oh let me get you in a text chain with the owner... To which she never did and just said "I left her a note" (on a white board). If they didn't want to honor it, a simple phone call or text would have been fine, but the skating around and not answering me is bad business. I run a Moms group of about 900 woman, and will not be recommended this studio. Also they are moving locations and the prices are out rageous for a class where I have to clean my own equipment and get body shammed. The 14 day policy should definitely be made known as you are booking and they should be a little more professional.
September 16 · Alyssa AnzicekI recently joined FS8 and have had an amazing experience! The welcoming atmosphere, combined with knowledgeable and passionate instructors, makes every class enjoyable. They focus on proper form and provide modifications for all skill levels, which has greatly improved my strength and flexibility. The variety of classes offered keeps things fresh and exciting, and the supportive community fosters a great sense of camaraderie among participants. I highly recommend FS8 to anyone looking to enhance their fitness journey through Pilates!
May 20 · Arianna BowmanCute studio - and an overall good energy. A mix of class types, I found myself liking the ones that were a blend of reformer and cardio. It gave me something different from the other private reformer lessons I do outside of here. I plan to add 1-2 classes a week from FS8 to my normal workout schedule.Owner and instructors are very welcoming and helpful which is a huge plus for me.
