I’ve been working out in traditional gym settings for years and was starting to have some hip/back/shoulder pain and wanted to try something that would provide mobility and functional strength while being low impact. I still get an amazing (if not better) workout with FS8. It’s more than what I was expecting from a pilates studio- they also do functional strength, cardio and flexibility workouts. It is a little pricey but most studios in the area are. I highly recommend!

The classes are challenging but easy to follow with the screens. I truly enjoy coming to class every time! I would recommend this studio to any one looking to start pilates for the first time!

Every instructor is incredibly nice, knowledgable, and motivating. I haven't attended a class here that I didn't like. The best part of each workout is the variety. I am rarely doing the same moves, and the amount of different moves that we do per class keeps me energized and excited - never bored. Highly highly recommend, Great for all genders, body types and levels of fitness : )
